Vision

The Ysleta High School comprehensive school counselling program, through the incorporation of essential data and multiple resources, will empower all students to realize their academic, personal/social, and career potential. We will help our students through their educational journey to develop and internalize the qualities of empathy, resilience, kindness, integrity, and perseverance to become successful and productive global citizens.

Mission

The Ysleta High School Counselling Department will collaborate with all stakeholders to safeguard our students’ safety and success in their pursuit of sound academic and social/emotional standards and beliefs. Understanding our community’s needs, we will assure that all students have access to a supportive school environment necessary for the successful development of the knowledge, skills, and ethics our students need to confidently and successfully meet the demands of a dynamic society.
